Senior Business Analyst – PJ & Agro Relationship Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis and prioritization of business needs, ensuring alignment with the product vertical’s strategy and the business objectives of PJ and Agro journeys.
• Act as a bridge between business, technology and user experience, ensuring deep understanding of requirements and consistent translation into viable, scalable solutions.
• Structure and guide the definition of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring high quality, clarity and traceability.
• Map and review end-to-end journeys and processes with a systemic view, identifying interdependencies, operational risks, friction points and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Propose foundational solutions and continuous improvements based on data, evidence and strategy, ensuring meaningful business impact and consistent evolution of the journeys.
