We're working with a large, forward-thinking organisation currently undertaking significant transformation across its digital, HR and Finance functions , and they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Change and Transformation team.

This is a key role within a portfolio of high-profile programmes, offering the opportunity to influence complex change initiatives from early discovery through to delivery and benefits realisation.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to define problems, design solutions and ensure meaningful business outcomes are achieved.
