About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Sr.

BA) to join our on-site IT Applications team in Edmonton.

This role will lead business analysis practices across enterprise systems and process improvement initiatives.

You will document current-state processes, define future-state workflows, produce clear requirements for delivery teams, and lead RFP/RFQ activities for new systems (e.g., HCM, ERP).
