Responsibility

  • Investigate the requirement and process flow of the software project, draw up the project business target and project execution plan, draw up the long-term development target and blueprint for the IT project.
  • Responsible for software project management, including project schedule control, quality control, cost control and personnel coordination.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal functional departments, to ensure the project competition target is consistent with the draw up target, allocate and coordinate the internal resources of the project reasonably.
  • Selecting and managing suppliers reasonably, allocate and coordinate the external resources of the project reasonably.
