Job Description

Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on transitioning a highly customized ArcMap solution (RAMP) into a modernized, configuration‑driven solution in ArcGIS Pro

Candidates must be located in Calgary. Hybrid work model. 37.5 hour work week

Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on geospatial solutions (ESRI suite)
  • 5+ years experience in GIS package application implementations/system development projects, specifically with ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Experience with Data Analysis
  • Experience producing detailed specifications for a technical project team (working with client project team and technical team)
  • Experience producing comprehensive business analysis and project documentation (requirements, use cases, workflow documentation, and solution design materials).
