Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong banking domain expertise to support strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance projects, and digital transformation programs within the financial services environment.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and regulatory bodies.
Fluency in both Telugu and English spoken is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders across Retail, Corporate, or Digital Banking divisions.
Analyse and document business processes, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements.
Produce detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis between current and target state banking systems.
Work closely with IT teams on core banking, payments, lending, and compliance systems.
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (KYC, AML, FATCA, Basel, POPIA/GDP...
