Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide high-level technical expertise across complex superannuation insurance queries. In this role, you’ll deep-dive into product rules, data issues and processes to ensure consistent, accurate outcomes for our clients. You’ll also support product enhancements, system changes, and insurance-related migrations while contributing to a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyse and resolve complex queries in line with fund rules and SLAs.
• Lead or support insurance-related product development, enhancements, and transitions.
