Senior Business Analyst, Data & AI

Job Description

Vector8 is growing and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Data & AI who combines analytical precision, client leadership, and technical depth.

You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and SMEs, and technical teams, translating the complex needs of businesses and their customers into tangible, value‑led outcomes with data and AI at the core of the solution.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering within a tech‑enabled environment (Consulting experience is a strong plus).
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban /SAFe); certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
• Formal BA certification (e.g., IREB, CBAP, or CCBA) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
