Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive requirements gathering activities
• Organise and facilitate requirements workshops
• Create user personas and user journeys
• Document use cases, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership team to ensure value is being created and delivery backlogs are groomed and maintained
• Influence change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace
• Build and promote an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitate discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution
• Provide support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and lead by example
• Organise and facilitate daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint & release planning, demos and other related team meetings
