We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a squad focused on Building & Facility Services in Brussels, Belgium, working in a large-scale Agile environment.
Mission context:
You will join a transversal IT department supporting multiple business lines. Working within the Facility & Purchase to Pay cluster, you will ensure business continuity, take ownership of Epics and Features, and support both Facility colleagues and end-users by ensuring the proper functioning of tools and processes.
Your responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements
Gather, challenge and consolidate needs from a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
Define product concepts, detailed processes and functional architecture in collaboration with relevant experts
Define acceptance criteria for Epics and Features under your lead
