Our client is seeking an individual with a background in building surveying, services engineering, architecture, structural engineering or quantity surveying! This specialist property consultancy provides Chartered Building Surveying services to Australasian property investors, owners, financiers and asset managers. We are looking for someone with the capability to assess property assets and produce quality condition and dilapidation reports for high-level institutional clients.
The core skills within this Australasian consultancy are the technical assessment of the physical condition of commercial assets coupled with a clear understanding of client property and asset strategies. An important competency of the consultants employed by this leading surveying firm is the ability to take a commercial view of property circumstances and information.
Dedicated and focused training will be provided to support candidates for the Assessment of Professional Competence (RICS).
