Senior Building Surveyor – Residential - Barnet
Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and social housing schemes across London and the South East. With a growing pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to take a lead role on a flagship social housing development in Barnet.
This is a client-facing position offering the opportunity to manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with housing associations, developers, and delivery partners.

Lead the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance, and development works across a flagship social housing portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
