  1. Report to Senior Building Executive and receive instructions from Senior Building Executive.
  2. Perform monthly rotating duties to manage Building Management Office (BMO) Reception Counter, manage various general activities including:

  3. Answer incoming telephone calls and attend to walk-in enquiries.

  4. Attend to tenants' email enquiry/request/feedback and forward to the respective Executives/Managers (if required).
  5. Attend to tenants' service request and/or fault report in SLT Tenants' App and ensure it is closed timely.
  6. Raise service requests/work orders to generate billings in SAP.
  7. Handle the issuance of carparking complimentary tickets.
  8. Manage the Key Management System to ensure keys are returned on the same day.

  9. Co-ordinate and maintain the building signages and management of letter boxes.
