Job Description
- Report to Senior Building Executive and receive instructions from Senior Building Executive.
Perform monthly rotating duties to manage Building Management Office (BMO) Reception Counter, manage various general activities including:
Answer incoming telephone calls and attend to walk-in enquiries.
- Attend to tenants' email enquiry/request/feedback and forward to the respective Executives/Managers (if required).
- Attend to tenants' service request and/or fault report in SLT Tenants' App and ensure it is closed timely.
- Raise service requests/work orders to generate billings in SAP.
- Handle the issuance of carparking complimentary tickets.
Manage the Key Management System to ensure keys are returned on the same day.
Co-ordinate and maintain the building signages and management of letter boxes.
