Job Description

Our client is looking for someone with the capability to assess property assets and produce quality condition and dilapidation reports for high-level institutional clients.

The core skills within this consultancy are the technical assessment of the physical condition of commercial assets coupled with a clear understanding of client property and asset strategies.

It is important that you have a technical background in Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, Services Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying. For this role you will need the core competencies that include:

  • Good knowledge of buildings and properties and the problems and issues to look for when dealing with due diligence assessments
  • The ability to write and present a cohesive, coherent and technically sound report for readership by high level executives
  • Excellent liaison skills with fellow engineers and consultants to be able to source relevant information for compilation...
