Job Description

We are seeking elite Senior Build & Release Engineers for Emerson (NI) R&D team to design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Windows, Linux, and macOS for NI products. Act as source code gatekeeper ensuring only high-quality, verified code reaches production while providing technical leadership and automation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design/implement multi-platform CI/CD pipelines (Windows/Linux/macOS)
  • Manage Git source control - branching strategies, merge policies, access controls
  • Gatekeeper role - review commits/PRs ensuring code quality/security standards
  • Develop Python automation scripts for build/deployment/validation
  • Troubleshoot production issues across all environments/platforms
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
  • Maintain build/release documentation and best practices
