DUTIES

Reporting to the Manager, Budgets, the Senior Budget Analyst will provide detailed, high‑level analysis required for strategic decision making at the university, with a pan‑university perspective. The incumbent will be responsible for the analysis and provision of information to support data‑driven and evidence‑based decision making for a wide range of users, including units, portfolios, the university, and government. This position is a senior level specialist providing guidance to large and complex units, as well as other budget analysts, in the areas of budgets (salary, operating, and capital), analytics, research, and reporting, and has accountability for complex and comprehensive analysis, reporting, and related activities in support of the operating and capital budget functions of the University.
