Proficiency in English, along with basic Xhosa and Afrikaans, is required. Responsibilities include leading a farming team effectively while ensuring high production standards. The role demands someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. Comprehensive training will be provided in addition to practical experience.
