As a Senior Bridge Lead based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and managing a variety of small to large-scale high-profile public structural engineering projects, focusing on the design and delivery of bridges, overpasses, and related infrastructure. Planning, organizing, and working with technical groups in the delivery of project requirements. Design of bridges and facilities for public and private infrastructure, including roadways, heavy rail, light rail, pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, foundations, and buildings. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, providing leadership, technical direction, and fostering a collaborative environment.
