Senior Bridge Engineer

Overview

Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to join GHD Canada’s Engineering Design Organization supporting transportation projects. The role can be based in Mississauga, Toronto, Markham or Whitby. The Bridge Group works with provincial, regional, municipal agencies and select partners on large-scale transportation projects across highways, roads and bridges, providing full-service bridge engineering from planning to asset management support.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Solutions Design: participate in and complete multi-disciplinary transportation structure projects, rail bridges and complex designs; produce conceptual and detailed design, technical specifications, and cost/schedule estimates.
• Engineering Standards Specification: work within various procurement models and roles.
• Collaboration: work in small and large teams; lead integration with other disciplines to deliver high-quality project deliverables.
