Senior Bot Developer

The Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe at Allianz Technology focuses on revolutionizing customer care with AI-driven Voice and Chatbot services, in collaboration with Contact Center Solutions (CCS). We are seeking a Senior Bot Developer to lead the design and development of advanced conversational AI solutions, emphasizing agentic AI, system integration, and mentorship.

• Lead the design and development of agentic AI bots capable of autonomous decision-making and multi-step task execution.
• Architect and implement integrations with internal systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, ticketing platforms) and external APIs.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level bot developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define bot behaviors and user journeys.
