Job Description

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' bookkeeping experience in an office environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and use initiative.
  • Proven ability to prepare monthly management accounts and report on monthly accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash book processing, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Debtors administration, including customer invoicing, debit orders, statements, and account maintenance.
  • Creditors processing, payments, and foreign payment preparation.
  • Monthly payroll preparation and processing.
  • Stock control, monthly stock reconciliations, stock counts, and IBT processing.
Preferred Software Experience:
  • Pastel Evolution (Version 11.1.6.0)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Windows
