Job Description

  • Daily bank monitoring, allocating receipts and maintaining reconcilable accounts
  • Process sales and purchase invoices; manage AP/AR and debtor follow‑up
  • Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Run payroll including PAYG, superannuation, leave accruals and statutory deadlines
  • Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS and payroll tax
  • Deliver monthly reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow summaries and board packs
