Overview:
Our client is seeking a technical and client-focused Bookkeeper to join their Maple Ridge Operations team. This is not a back-office data entry role. You will manage a diverse portfolio of small corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact for monthly financial health, compliance, and software training. You will act as the Quality Control gatekeeper, ensuring General Ledgers are pristine before files are handed off to the Accounting Department for year-end. This role also involves mentorship of junior staff in an open-concept collaborative environment.
What you will be doing:
Portfolio Management: Manage bookkeeping for a variety of clients (multiple industries) simultaneously.
Technical Accounting: Process monthly transactions up to the General Ledger/Trial Balance stage....
