Job Description

TPF Recruitmentare currently representing a growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in
Eastleigh, who are looking for an experienced, Senior Bookkeeper to manage a
varied client portfolio and support the delivery of high-quality bookkeeping
and accounting services. This role would suit a confident bookkeeper, with
recent/current practice experience, looking to take ownership of client
relationships and mentor junior team members.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of OMB and SME clients
  • Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records using cloud-based software
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns (including complex VAT schemes)
  • Completing monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Performing bank, control account and balance sheet reconciliations
