Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the bookkeeping function, including processing and reconciliations
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial information up to trial balance
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
  • Maintain inventory, fixed asset and capital expenditure records
  • Support the annual audit process and statutory compliance requirements
  • Ensure sound internal controls and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to regional finance management.
  • Assist with the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
  • Liaise with the Group Finance, HR, IT and Business Intelligence teams where required.
  • Assist with payroll administration and related financial information when necessary.
