Key Responsibilities
- Perform the bookkeeping function, including processing and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly financial information up to trial balance
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Maintain inventory, fixed asset and capital expenditure records
- Support the annual audit process and statutory compliance requirements
- Ensure sound internal controls and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to regional finance management.
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Liaise with the Group Finance, HR, IT and Business Intelligence teams where required.
- Assist with payroll administration and related financial information when necessary.
