Salary: £23,556.00 - £26,114.40 

The Caldecott Foundation is looking for a caring individual who is passionate about improving the lives and outcomes for children and young people; encouraging life skills and helping the young people to develop their social skills through play and education, whilst having fun. Duties of A Senior Boarding Support Worker:

  • Be accountable to the Boarding Manager and the Senior Leadership team at the Caldecott Foundation 
    School.

  • Under the guidance of The Boarding Manager and the School Leadership team be responsible for the Local Child Protection procedures and foundation policies on safeguarding the welfare of children/young people.
