Senior BIM Engineer

Responsibilities

BIM LEADERSHIP & CLIENT COORDINATION

• Act as the daily BIM point of contact for clients—coordinating model exchanges, leading BIM workshops, and addressing RFIs.
• Manage BIM Execution Plan (BEP) reviews and the full suite of ISO 19650 information management documents (including pre- and post-contract BEPs, NWC/NWD models, EIRs, MIDP/TDIP, information-exchange protocols, and model-federation strategies).
• Define and enforce required Levels of Detail (LOD 100–350) at each design stage, ensuring outputs align with project scope and client expectations.
• Champion continuous learning by sharing ISO 19650 best practices across the design team and wider supply chain, helping colleagues adopt improved workflows.
