Enhance group benefits services as a Senior Bilingual Client Service Representative at CLIC. This hybrid role focuses on supporting plan sponsors with expert guidance in both English and French.

At CLIC, you will serve as the primary contact for group benefits inquiries. This Full-Time position requires two years of related experience and proficiency in educating plan sponsors about eligibility and administration. You will also provide training on the Benefits Now for Plan Sponsors platform, addressing inquiries and ensuring accurate member information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or online
• Educate sponsors on Group Benefits policies and guidelines
• Train plan administrators on Benefits Now
• Troubleshoot issues for ongoing consultation
