Job Description
Senior Bilingual Business Analyst to collaborate with UX, design, content manager & technical teams.
An initial 1 year contract. Possibility of a 1 year renewal. Hybrid 3 days a week in Montreal, QC. 7.5 hour work days
Responsibilities:
User & Experience Understanding
- Conduct user interviews, workshops, and observations
- Identify needs, pain points, risks, and success criteria
- Maintain strong proximity to end users and stakeholders
Business & Process Analysis
- Analyze Client Space needs related to loan lifecycle
- Document as-is processes (flows, rules, exceptions)
- Define to-be target processes
- Model processes (journey maps, scenarios, BPMN if needed)
- Link user needs, business value, and technical constraints
Agile Delivery Support
- Work within an Agile squad
