This Bid Manager role is a new addition to support business continuity and address the active FPSO market within the Asia Pacific region. The position is critical for increasing the technical depth of the Bid Management Single Shaft Compressors team and executing its succession plan. To achieve these goals, the role is structured around three core areas: leading strategic bid and proposal development for complex compressor projects, providing team leadership and mentorship to foster talent, and managing commercial contracts and negotiations to secure favorable business outcomes. Given the focus on technical depth and leadership, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in bid management within the energy or industrial sector, a strong background in contract negotiation, team management, and strategic planning, and a relevant degree.
