The opportunity

At Unity, our Ads Business Intelligence team plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, identifying new business growth opportunities, and developing impactful analytics tools. We operate a full-spectrum ad ecosystem, including multiple ad networks and a mediation platform - a dynamic and fast-paced marketplace environment.

As a new Senior Manager within the Network Insights BI group, you’ll report to the Director and lead our Network Analytics BI team. Your focus will be on turning marketplace data into actionable insights and strategies that empower both advertisers and publishers to succeed.

You’ll play a key role in aligning Unity Ads’ strategy with a focused BI roadmap that drives measurable business results, while collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, data science, revenue, and finance.
