We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Benefits Manager to serve as our internal SME and lead our global health, disability, wellness, pension/retirement, and time‑off/leaves programs. In this role, you will plan and deliver the company’s benefits program for North America, Europe, and APAC, ensuring integrity and consistency worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, governance, planning, and implementation of global employee benefits programs, including leading annual benefit reviews, renewals, and program re‑design initiatives.
  • Analyze utilization, cost, participation, and demographic data to identify trends and inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Develop presentations and recommendations for leadership on new benefit plans, new markets, or overall enhancements to program design, policy, strategy, and technology and their subsequent implementation.
