Spreetail Inc. seeks a Senior Benefit Analyst to lead and optimize health, welfare, retirement (401k), and equity portfolios for U.S.-based programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accurate, scalable, and compliant benefits operations in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities include administering plans, managing equity, reconciling invoices, and building dashboards to drive data-driven decisions while maintaining ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA compliance.
