The Benefits and Compensation support will be part of the Finance Reward and Payroll team which handles all compensation and benefits matters for the company.
Your key responsibilities
Being an active member of our Finance team, you will:
Manage queries, handle the incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer to queries about Compensation and Benefits.Manage administrative tasks related to new contracts and contract renewal.Manage administrative tasks related to new hired (declaration, information to the payroll provider).Manage administrative tasks related to employee absence (sickness, CCSS declarations).Participate in various Benefits and compensation projects and initiatives.
