Reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards, we are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Senior Benefits Analyst to manage complex, large-scale datasets supporting our benefits operations. This role requires advanced Excel expertise, a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy, and the ability to navigate incomplete or messy data environments while building robust, scalable processes.
