Job Description

Senior Benchsales Recuriter:
Key Responsibilities
Market bench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Citizens) across multiple IT technologies to prime vendors and direct clients.
Generate 25–30 quality submissions per week with a focus on accuracy, speed, and candidate suitability.
Ensure at least one successful placement (closure) per month .
Build and maintain strong relationships with direct client account managers , vendor business development teams , and implementation partners .
Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients to meet company margins.
Track all submissions, interviews, and closures in CRM/ATS systems.
Collaborate with internal recruiters to match bench candidates with open job requirements.
Keep candidates engaged and updated throughout the placement lifecycle.
Identify new vendor partners and expand the business network.
Stay updated with market trends, rate fluctuations, and visa compliance.
