What you’ll be doing
- Lead on supporting pupil engagement, behaviour, and wellbeing, particularly for those at risk of disengagement.
- Respond to behavioural incidents, using restorative approaches and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support trust, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing.
- Identify pupils needing additional pastoral support and coordinate targeted interventions.
- Plan and deliver individual and small-group strategies to address barriers such as behaviour, attendance, and emotional needs.
- Monitor, track, and analyse pupil engagement and behaviour data to inform support and whole-school approaches.
- Promote consistent behaviour standards and support pupils during unstructured times to reduce incidents.
