Experience

  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on support experience with ACI Base24-eps applications .
  • Proven track record in application support roles within the cards and payments domain .
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Base24-eps payment systems.
  • Act as the first responder for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve transaction failures, ISO 8583 message issues, and system outages.
  • Handle transaction failures, outages, and performance issues with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Support integration of Base24-eps with other bank systems and external card schemes.
  • Collaborate across teams, clearly explaining technical issues to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and support payment networks, ATM/POS/Ecom systems, and settlement processes.
