**Overview**
**Pay Range: 50 – 60**
We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

**Responsibilities**

+ Program Tridium Niagara systems
+ Configure and troubleshoot controls
+ Install and commission BAS systems
+ Support HVAC equipment integration
+ Diagnose controls and communication issues
+ Develop system graphics, checkout points
+ Interpret drawings and sequences
+ Optimize system performance
+ Maintain documentation and reports

**Requirements**

+ Tridium Niagara N4 Certification
+ 5+ years BAS/HVAC Controls experience
+ Programming and commissioning skills
+ Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, DDC, HVAC Controls
+ Valid driver’s license, clean record
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
