Role Overview

Senior Bartender who will lead bar operations at Loco Otro, combining mixology expertise with team leadership. With 3 years of experience (preferred), you'll deliver high-quality drinks while mentoring junior staff and maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cocktail Program & Service

  • Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to consistent standards
  • Execute innovative cocktail techniques — batching, clarification, and creative serves
  • Refine recipes with focus on flavour and balance
  • Educate guests on cocktails, spirits, and bar offerings

Leadership & Training

  • Train and mentor junior bartenders and barbacks on technique and service standards
  • Lead by example in efficiency and station organisation
