Job Description

This is a front-of-house leadership role for someone who understands both great drinks and great guest experience.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Running the bar and supporting the floor during service
  • Creating a warm, confident guest experience
  • Executing classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency
  • Managing service flow during busy hours
  • Training and guiding junior bar staff
  • Maintaining quality, cleanliness and speed
  • Being part of shaping the culture of a new cocktail space
What we're looking for
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar operations
  • Previous experience in a premium bar or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage service, not just make drinks
