Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Supervise daily barista operations and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Train and coach Baristas on coffee preparation techniques, beverage knowledge, and service standards.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of coffee beans, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Monitor coffee equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
  • Develop and recommend new beverage ideas, seasonal menus, and coffee promotions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards of the coffee station and service area.
