Senior Baker

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join the team at Science Museum London

Our catering outlets are open 7 days a week to serve our customers freshly made lunches such as sandwiches, pizzas, salads and cakes as well as events and afternoon tea. 

Salary: £14.75 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7, daytime

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Senior Baker role:

• Reporting directly with the Head Chef and manage the baking section of the kitchen
• Working with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop maintain and new menu ideas
• Ensuring the food quality is at its highest standard at all times
• Ensure the performance of the baking team is of the highest standard by motivating and leading by example
