About the Role


  • 4–8+ years of backend engineering experience. Strong in architecture design 
  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask or similar frameworks)
  • Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure). 
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
  • Understanding of system design, performance optimization, and security best practices
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred
