Senior Backend Engineer

Join our design-driven engineering team to build standards-first backends for modern web and mobile products. We're seeking a senior-level backend engineer (5 to 8 years' experience) with strong Python chops, deep API craftsmanship, and the kind of standards-first mindset that keeps complex systems from collapsing under their own weight. Like the rest of the industry, more of our work is intersecting with Gen AI; agentic workflows, tool-using LLMs, and AI-powered features are showing up in more of our projects every quarter. We're looking for backend engineers who see that shift as something they want to grow into, not a discipline change. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Lahore office.
