Plan A Technologies is seeking a pragmatic Senior Backend Engineer to evolve our platform from legacy infrastructure to a modern, cloud-native ecosystem. You will drive core backend initiatives, designing scalable systems and APIs using Go or Java.

We value 5+ years of experience with Go or Java, PostgreSQL know-how, and Terraform expertise for infrastructure migration. Excellent English communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.
