Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect and build core systems for a next-generation advertising platform. You will design high-throughput, low-latency services for campaign delivery, targeting, attribution, and partner integrations using Python, Django, Kubernetes, and AWS.

This is an early-stage initiative where senior engineers define the technical direction from the ground up. You will lead design decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and data teams
