Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team.
• Involved in pre-sales, solution deployment and maintenance.
• Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
• Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
• Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers.
• Provides (on-site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customers
• Field work is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree: Engineering(Computer/Telecomunication Computer Science/Information Technology
• At least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration Industry
