About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can take full ownership of backend systems, work independently, and help shape how we design and build our platform.
This role requires a proactive mindset — not reactive. Clear communication is critical in our team, and any gaps slow down both individuals and the team. You should be someone who raises concerns early, asks the right questions, and takes responsibility for outcomes. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and supporting hiring as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang
Own backend logic, data flows, and service reliability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented backend code
Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and other engineers
