STMicroelectronics in Malaysia's Johor region seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer for Back-End Manufacturing. You will lead maintenance activities on assembly line equipment, ensure high availability, and drive continuous improvement to meet production targets.

The role requires 5–8 years in maintenance engineering, strong PLC, robotics, and CMMS knowledge, and a proven ability to lead teams safely in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
